Dearest You All, MK's Friends!

As promised I come back today with anoter easy dish, MK certificated.
This was my today's lunch, along with green beans. 
Very tasty and light at the same time! I'd love you to try it!

So, let's go with the recipe and method! ;-)

Ingredients (medium quantity 16pieces):


♦ 250gr Pumpkin (already cooked and reduced in cream); 
♦ Chickpea flour (5-6 full soup spoons);
♦ Sesame seeds (1 soup spoon);
♦ Rice flour (2 soup spoons);
♦ Himalayan Rose Salt (a pinch);

♦ Pumpkin seeds (5pieces x16 croquettes = 80 total units);
♦ Grape Seed Oil (1-2 soup spoons);
♦ Minced Garlic (as much as suffices);
♦ Warm Water (as much as suffices);
♦ Black Pepper (1 pinch);
♦ Turmeric Powder (a pinch);

*No mixer. It's hand made, ingredients were crushed and mixed with a fork and elbow grease.

Method:

Wash and slice in little pieces the pumpkin, cook it in a pan for at least 20 minutes together with 75ml water, more is not necessary as it gets liquid itself.
As it's done, let it cool a little then move it into a bowl, with a fork softly crush it and make it creamy, add to it 5-6* (*depending on consistency) soup spoons of chickpea flour, mix then add sesame seeds, mix then add together minced garlin, turmeric powder, black pepper and Himalayan rose salt. Mix once more. Take a pan, put some oven paper cut at measure on it, take some rice flour and put it on the drip pan. Take a soup spoon and create shapes, spherical/crushed a little with it. Put them on the drip pan. Put some rice flour on top of each one. Decorate each one with pumpkin seeds, (5 units per piece in a floreal motive). Meanwhile, turn on the oven and set the pre heating at 180°C. As the time is right and the oven has reached the desired pre heating temperature, lower the temperature at 160°C and cook for at least 20 minutes. Check occasionally how the cook goes...
As it is ready, turn the oven off. Let the heat soften. After some minute, remove the pan from the oven.
