MK's Super Power Breakfast with Omega-3.

Dear MK's Friends,
it's about night right now, and before tomorrow comes, I wanted to organize my energetic breakfast, and I want to share it with you all.


Ingredients:
♦ 200gr Pumpkin (already cooked and reduced in cream); 
♦ 200ml vegetal milk (Almond);
♦ Chia Seeds (1 soup spoon);
♦ 12 almonds;
♦ 5 Prunes (fresh or dried pitted or not); 
Other useful tools: 1 mixer.

Method:
in a blender, add almond milk and blend together, almonds, plums and chia seeds.
The pumpkin is already creamy, add it at the end when you have to prepare the
doses. The quantity is enough for 2 dessert bowls, so put the content inside each.

Cover with 2 small tea plates and put in the fridge for at least 8hrs. The next morning, pull out at least 30 minutes before you consume it, if it is summertime, it takes 1/3rd of the time, because of the hot temperatures. So, tomorrow we will see how the chia seeds are puffed by being in touch with the liquid. An updated picture will follow the presents.
