MK's Croquettes of Turkey, Veggies and Buckwheat flour.

Dearest You All, MK's Friends!

Summer has left, we say "Hallo!" to Autumn, and temperatures are colder.
So, what's better than an healthy and warm dish for you, your family and friends?
According to the blood group diet, buckwheat is considered a pseudo-cereal, and being used especially at high heights where it's cold, in more tempered climates, it is necessary that the hot season leaves place to the colder one. This ingredient, otherwisem risks to overwarm the body giving side-effects.


Let's go with the recipe and method! ;-)

Ingredients (medium quantity 16pieces):

♦ 200gr Turkey (to be reduced in cream before oven cooking); 
♦ Buckwheat flour (5-6 full soup spoons);
♦ 20-30gr ca Rocket Salad (1 soup spoon);
♦ 1 whole Egg;
♦ Himalayan Rose Salt (2-3 pinches);
♦ Grated Parmesan cheese (2-3 soup spoons);
♦ Extra Virgin Oil (1-2 soup spoons);
♦ Minced Garlic (as much as suffices);
♦ Fennels (1 or 2 medium - minced);
♦ Turmeric Powder (a pinch);
♦ Warm Water (as much as suffices).

Method:

Wash and slice in little pieces the ingredients, then pour into a bowl. Mix it all.
Meanwhile, turn on the oven and set the pre heating at 190°C. 
Cut some baking paper at measure and fold on your baking pan.
With a soup spoon create round shapes and put them on the baking pan at equal distance with each other. 
As the time is right and the oven has reached the desired pre heating temperature, cook for at least 30-35 minutes ca.
Check occasionally how the cook goes...
As it is ready, turn the oven off. Let the heat soften. 
After some minute, remove the pan from the oven.

Turkey is:

Rocket salad is:
NEUTRAL for all groups.

Egg is:
BENEFICIAL for all groups.

According to 'Life120' style  Parmesan cheese is OK.

Turmeric is:
BENEFICIAL for group ZERO.
NEUTRAL for groups A, B, AB. 

Garlic is:
BENEFICIAL for groups A, AB.
NEUTRAL for groups B.
Unknown the EFFECT for ZERO

It creates gastroesophageal reflux.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is:
BENEFICIAL for groups B, AB.
NEUTRAL for group ZERO, A.

Fennel is:
NEUTRAL for all groups.

Himalayan Rose Salt is:
NEUTRAL for all groups.
