Mk's Chickpea Bread

Hallo my sweet Friends,
today I introduce you my first home made Chickpea Bread ! ! ! 
For those who need the most LEGUMES in their diets, you are just served! ;-)
Have fun with me, so, let's go cooking! ^-^

 

Ingredients:
♦ 500gr Chickpea flour;
♦ 500ml warm Water;
♦ 25gr Brewer's Yeast;
♦ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1,5 table spoon);
♦ Himalayan Rose Salt - (as much as suffices); 
♦ 1 whole Egg
.


Other useful tools (listed in bulk):
1 wooden spoon, 1 bowl, 1 mold for plum cakes, baking paper, 1 table spoon, oven, 1 knife.

Method:
Pour the flour in a bowl, creating a hole in the center.
Reduce yeast into small pieces with a knife, take a cup, introduce the cut yeast inside it, pour water (1/2 cup of warm water) and dissolve the yeast.
Pour the dissolved yeast in the hole created by the flour.
Break one egg and add it to the flour and the baking powder.
Add n.1,5 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Add salt and mix everything with a wooden spoon or also the one used for oil goes well.
Knead and mix well and gradually add all the remaining water.
In the meantime, take a cake tin and baking paper cut to size, insert it into the bottom of the mold.
Pour the batter into the mold for plum cake.
Leave it for 30 minutes in leavening, covered with a cloth.
Meanwhile, turn the oven on and preheat to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
Bake in the intermediate part of the furnace while keeping the temperature for the first 10 minutes, after which, holding the baking under control, if it is considered the case, reduce the heat to 150 ° C for 40 minutes.
After this time, remove the mold, deprive its dough and just leave the baking paper. Completed 10 minutes just end cooking with baking paper.
Do the toothpick test to confirm that it is well cooked.
On completion time, remove the bread and arrange it in a narrow and long plate after removal of the baking paper, to avoid the formation of aqueous condense.

Let cool a little and proceed, if you please, to cut some slices.

The dish can be a single meal, and/or be accompanied by other foods, always taking into account the precise combinations of foods according to the diet of blood groups.
