MK's YummY Chickpea Cake (Original Tuscan recipe)

How's life going?

Today I surprise you with a typical dish from Tuscany.

As the pioneer discoverer of the Blood Group Diet states​​​​, LEGUMES are going to be the food of the future, sooo, lucky we, let's get familiar and introduce them ever more and more, little by little if we don't find them excelse, but we know they are a wise choice for our health, and extremely important!
On the contrary of CEREALS, [whose excessive consumption may be responsible of many common pathologies, so, their use should be limited, or better, monitored], LEGUMES are what nature at its best has put at our disposal.
Get used to them and you will surely live longer and healthier. Guaranteed! ;-)

So, let's go experimenting this new one together. Ready? :)

Ingredients:
♦ 150gr Chickpea Flour;
♦ 500ml Warm Water;
♦ Himalayan Rose salt (as much as suffices);
♦ Black Pepper (a pinch);
♦ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (5 table spoons);


Other useful tools (listed in bulk):
1 (non electric) whisk, 1 terrine, 1 table spoon, 1 copper baking pan, 1 silicone basting brush, 1 oven.

Method:

Take a terrine and pour in all the Water quantity.
Add 1 table spoon of Oil and mix.
Little by little add Chickpea Flour mixing gently and firmly with a non electric whisk.
Let the dough rest for at least 4 hours, personally, I prepare it in the evening and let rest all night.
When the time has come, take the dough back and add Rose Salt and Black Pepper in the quantity you please and mix fast.
Oil a copper baking pan with 3 table spoons of Oil, better if round but mine was rectangular and I used it.
Pour carefully the dough into the copper baking pan.
It might fall as it is quite full and liquid.
Get ready the 5th and last (thank God, as Oil is like Gold!) Oil (always 1 table spoon) and fill it. Take little by little of it with a silicone basting brush and like the gesture of benediction, spray it on the dough inside the baking pan.
Little round formations here and there, result of the spraying, will determine the future cooking.
Preheat the oven at 'MAX' heating temperature on fan assisted oven function (instead of conventional oven). It'd be ideal to cook in a wood oven, almost nobody has one at home, so the "max" reachable is 250°C, mine for example stops at 220°C and 'MAX'.
Put the baking pan in the lower part of the oven and cook for 8 minutes.
Move it to the upper part of the oven and cook for 10 minutes as long as the surface becomes golden.
Extract the baking pan from the oven. 
It is just ready.
You can cut it in slices and serve it warm.
It can be a solitary meal or being matched with many meals.
