Mk's Blackpeas Biscuits

Hallo dearest MK friends!

Welcome back to my virtual kitchen.

Today I present you an easy, tasty and surprising dish: the blackpeas biscuits!

Since I have tried them, I found them very very good, and I love making them for my tea times, or better chicory coffee times, breakfast, offering them to friends, or gifting them when they less expect, a very sweet surprise for their throats.

Furthermore, this is the perfect solution if your children refuse to eat legumes.
You create legumes-sweets and they will ask for them all the time. Trust me. ;-)

So now, let's make our cookies together. Ready? Go.


Ingredients (medium quantity 16-18 pieces):

♦ 150gr Blackpeas (already cooked); 
♦ Sweet Almond flour (2 soup spoons);
♦ 40gr Bitter Chocolate (85% Cocoa) = 4 chocolate squares - Brand: Novi;
♦ Sugar (1 full soup spoon);
♦ Himalayan Rose Salt (a pinch);

♦ 1 Egg;
♦ Grape Seed Oil (1-2 soup spoons);
♦ Sweet Almond Milk (as much as suffices);
♦ Warm Water (as much as suffices);
♦ Ginger (1/2 tea spoon);

Other useful tools (listed in bulk):
1 mixer, oven, baking paper, 1 tea spoon, 1 soup spoon. 


Method:

In a mixer, whisk together all the ingredients above listed as long as obtaining a creamy dough.
Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 180°C.
Take a baking tray, take some baking paper previously cut at measure, and put it inside it.
With a soup spoon, take small quantity of dough each time, and create at equal distance, round shapes one next to another. 
After 15' (pre heating time), put in the oven the baking tray at 180°C and cook for 30'.
Medium position in the oven = 3.
As time elapsed, take it out, let cool and serve as you please.

I assure you, with a few expense, you will make a very good impression, first of all because it is all natural and not industrial, so, zero poisons! ;-)

- Brown Sugar

NOT RECOMMENDED for groups ZERO, B.

Egg is:
BENEFICIAL for all groups.

Grape Seed Oil is:
BENEFICIAL for all groups.

Himalayan Rose Salt is:
NEUTRAL for groups ZERO, A, B, AB.

Ginger is:
BENEFICIAL for group A.
NEUTRAL for groups ZERO, B, AB.

Water is BENEFICIAL for all groups.
