MK's Bread with Buckwheat and Hemp Flours.

How's life going? Mine is fine, because of my mission to spread wellbeing dishes to make you feel as healthy as I am since I am following the Blood Group Diet. Let's go back to the topic.

 http://mk-creative-kitchen.over-blog.com/2016/10/buckwheat-bread.html , I am proud to announce an evolution of it, that means, the basic use of the main ingredient, which I find to be light and healthy, not less, full of essential nutrients, furthermore, the addition of an even more benefical food, able to HEAL.

Ingredients:
♦ 500gr Buckwheat flour;
♦ Hemp flour, 2 scarse table spoons; 
♦ Golden Flax Seeds a pinch;

♦ 475ml warm Water;
♦ 25gr Brewer's Yeast;
♦ Hemp Seed Oil (1 scarse soup spoon);
♦ Himalayan Rose Salt - (as much as suffices); 


Other useful tools (listed in bulk):
1 wooden spoon, 1 bowl, 1 mold for plum cakes, baking paper, 1 graduated bottle, oven, 1 knife.

Method:
Pour the two flours (in quantities shown above) into a bowl, add the golden flax seeds, add the rose salt, mix with a wooden spoon, place the flours creating a space in the center. Meantime pour 475ml of water into a graduated bottle, take the yeast and with a knife (table cutlery type), cut it into small pieces, place the small pieces of yeast in the center of the space created when we put the flours in the bowl, pour warm water on the yeast slowly to ensure that it melts, simultaneously mixing the mixture with a wooden spoon, add one soup spoon of hemp seed oil and continue to mix. 

Take a mold for plum cakes and even a sheet of baking paper, bend the baking paper in such a way to make it adherent to measure inside the mold, pour the mixture into the mold, if necessary with the help of the usual wooden spoon, re-distribute the product evenly where the amount is biased in "x" points, turn on the oven and preheat to 180°-190°C.
Cover with a cloth to facilitate the leavening for about 25-30 minutes.
Elapsed time, remove the cloth that covered the compound.
Bake for 1 hour, of which, the last 10 minutes, open the oven, pull out the
product, deprive it of the mold, and bake only with baking paper which contains the mixture. Finished the remaining cooking time open the oven.

Extract the mixture.
Remember to turn off the oven!
Let cool and if you want to cut in slices, allow the bread to cool and compact.
I assure you that, if tasted just as soon as it's done, you can feel a warm sensation in your hands, tenderness inside and crunchy outside at the same time inside your mouth. Very good!
