MK's Flat Scones of Savoy Cabbage with Buckwheat and Quinoa Flour plus Amaranth Grains.

Hallo Girls & Guys!
Today I have experimented a variation of the use of Savoy Cabbage, creating a sort of flat scones, using the pseudocereals flours. I was doubting as long as I have tried it as I feared the taste of the flours would not collide with the semi sweet taste of Savoy Cabbage.
Happy to have made it right, so, now let's go with the recipe and method! ;-)
Glad to know if you liked it.
To You, please.

Ingredients (medium quantity 30pieces):

♦ 150gr Savoy Cabbage (already cooked, stir-fried and reduced in cream);
♦ 80gr Buckwheat flour;
♦ 20gr Quinoa flour;
♦ 20gr Amaranth grains;
♦ Himalayan Rose Salt (3 pinches);

♦ 1 egg;
♦ Gomashio (1 pinch);

♦ 100ml Rice Milk;
♦ Minced Garlic (as much as suffices);
♦ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 table spoons)
;
♦ Flax Seeds (2 teaspoons);
♦ Warm Water (as much as suffices);

♦ Black Pepper (1 pinch);
♦ Turmeric Powder (a pinch);

*The mixed flours part is hand made, ingredients were crushed and mixed with a fork and elbow grease. Mixer is used later to reduce the cooked Savoy Cabbage into cream.

Other useful tools (listed in bulk):
1 bowl, 1 table spoon, 1 tea spoon, 1 wooden spoon, 1 measuring jug, 1 colander, 1 frying pan, 1 pot, 1 table knife, 1 fork, baking paper cut at measure, some plastic wrap,  1 cooking fire, 1 oven.

Method:
Wash and slice in little pieces the Savoy Cabbage, cook it in a pot for at least 20 minutes, as it starts sagging stop cooking, deprive it from the cooking water by a colander. Let it rest, take a frying pan, put inside oil, rose salt, minced garlic and add the dried Savoy Cabbage. Mix all together and let it bake a little, then turn off the fire. Let it cool.
...Meanwhile...
In a bowl mix together the buckwheat and quinoa flours with amaranth grains, salt, 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil, turmeric powder, gomashio, black pepper, flax seeds, minced garlic. Add the liquids: some water and some rice milk. Add the egg. Hand mix it all again.
...Meanwhile...
Take a baking pan, put inside baking paper cut at measure, preheat the oven at 180°C for 15minutes.
...Meanwhile...
With a table spoon, take some dough and place in sequence one round shape next to another.
Bake at 180°C for 25minutes. If you obtain about 30 pieces like me, one baking pan ain't enough, so, I used 2 more and I placed in the oven positions 2 and 4.
After it's ready turn the oven off and let it inside for a few minutes. Let cool.
Decide at this point if you prefer to consume it warm and tender or when it's cooled and more rigid.
Thank You for the attention dear friends, your opionion will be appreciated.
I wish you nice Holiday continuation!
Much love and may the Universe be always with You All!
