MK's Sweet-NonSweet Semi Flat Bread...

Hallo to all my sweet friends all over!
Yes, today you are all sweet to me, as we are going to have a flat bread made with quinoa and american batata, and this one can sweeten each palate, I assure you! ;-)
Ok, let's get the necessary ready and go experimenting this one together. Ready? :)


Ingredients:
♦ 110gr Quinoa Flour;
♦ 350gr Sweet Batatas (2 white ones);
♦ 1 egg;
♦ 150ml warm water;
♦ Himalayan Rose Salt - (1 tea spoon); 
♦ Turmeric powder (a pinch).
♦ 20gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 soup spoon).
♦ Brewer's Yeast (a pinch).

Other useful tools (listed in bulk):
1 mixer, 1 knife, 1 peeler, 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, 1 bowl, 1 graduated bottle, 1 baking pan, baking paper, 1 oven.

Method:
Weigh and wash 350gr american sweet potatoes, peel them, cut in small pieces with a knife. 
In a mixer, whisk the small pieces, except a handful you will later use to decorate the top, 
add 1 egg, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of turmeric powder, and 50ml of warm water.
Take a bowl, pour in quinoa flour, add rose salt, add a pinch of brewer's yeast,and mix.
Pour the creamy dough result after being whisked into the bowl and mix all together with the flour. Take a squared shape baking pan and baking paper cut at measure, put the dough inside, decorate with left slices of sweet potatoe put aside before, and let rest for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes and bake for 50 minutes.
At the 40th minute remove from the oven, deprive of the baking pan and cook for the last 10 minutes just with the baking paper wrapping the dough.
I suggest to let it cool a little then serve as you prefer.
You can have a slice as a sweet-non sweet flat bread, or, given its ideal thickness, you can cut through and fill as you wish.
